Hairspray is a family-friendly show filled with laughter, romance and insight into the racial tensions of Baltimore in 1962. Hairspray tells the story of the lovable teen Tracy Turnblad whose biggest dream is to dance on the popular "Corny Collins Show". When her dreams come true, Tracy is transformed from a social outcast into a sudden star. With her new found power, she now is forced to face the issues of the society around her. Tracy wants to figure out a way to integrate Television and to continue fighting for what she believes in. Filled with fun, colors and the gusto to follow your heart, this musical will have you dancing in the aisles and following your dreams!
